signature classes offered
cardio conditioning
A 30 minute Interval class that challenges your cardio endurance and muscular strength. You will work up and down an interval ladder as you stack exercises back to back, combining cardio and strength based movements using a variety of props! Low impact + variations for all fitness levels and experience included in every class!
barre
A full body, low impact class that marries ballet inspired movement and functional exercises to create a long and lean physique. Props may be used.
pilates Mat flow
Through the lens of the Pilates Method + Ali’s creativity, we explore several different functional movement patterns on the mat, emphasizing proper breathing & alignment. We can improve the efficiency and ease with which we move through life just by showing up and moving with awareness.
barre fit cardio
A barre inspired class with a little heat! This class combines traditional barre movements, functional training + short cardio bursts for a full body integrative experience. Maximize your time as you flow through movements in an energetic + challenging way!
the essence
A movement experience that brings it all together - awareness, connection, intensity, and release. This class marries the principles of Pilates, functional movement, breath work and strength conditioning to challenge our body's status quo to find our true essence. Each class offers a balanced mix of standing and mat work.
targeted body classes
Classes that target specific parts of the body: upper body, lower body, core, etc. These classes are perfect to stack back to back for a complete total body workout or do them separately for a quick workout!
preNatal/PostPartum
Classes geared toward mamas and mama-to-be! Each class emphasizes safe, yet challenging movements to help you move and connect to your body at any stage of your pregnancy journey. Breath work, pelvic floor strength and release, proper core engagement and pre/postnatal education are principles at the foundation of these classes.
